Weeks before we were to move my daughter into her College apartment I rented a truck from this company. Due to space limitations I rented a 10 foot truck and held it with a credit card. Once we got there the woman, not looking at us and very rude, told us that there are no 10 foot trucks here (which there were. I saw two 10 foot trucks) and we would have to take a 16 foot truck. When I tried to explain to her that I rented the 10 foot truck for a reason and why wasn't that truck available she barked out "well you're getting a 16 foot truck for the same cost!" I tried to explain to her that I couldn't use the 16 foot truck but she wouldn't look up at me or answer me. She tossed paper and pens at us instead of handing them over and asking us kindly to initial and sign the contract. She was rude, impatient and short. She was charging us a lot more than my online reservations said they would hold/charge she gave me a look and harshly read off the charges. Her tone was to the point that I stepped back. IF I hadn't been stuck and needed the truck that day I would have walked away. I seriously have never dealt with people more rude than this company. When we returned the truck they were closed but there was someone in the business and all that person could do is open the door and just stare at us like we were doing something we weren't supposed to. I waved and he just stared so when I asked him if we were doing something wrong he just shut the door. Almost like they don't know how to act. Needless to say I'll never do business with them again and this includes not even getting a key made by them. Got my eye on them to make sure all charges are correct when the final payment gets applied. Only good news is we made the truck work once we got to the apartment BUT next time I'll drive down the road, pay more in mileage before I rent another truck from this place! 2nd half - when we were going over the truck he was a mile off of verifying mileage. His words... "oh well looks like you have to eat the mile." It wasn't a huge cost but was the attitude.
