They're very slow in paying. I'm still using them, but I'm looking for a different company. They are non-responsive in returning my messages. The only answer that I can get from them at the moments is that the employees have communicated to the owner and they can't do anything else right now. My tennants are paying this company rent but then they are not forwarding the rent on to me. This has been going on for over a year.
