Wanda is wonderful to work with. The first time she cleaned for us I said to my Husband, "Everything looks so beautiful, I don't want to touch anything". Wanda has consistently provided excellent service and the results are always fantastic.

Wanda was great. She was very personable and cleaned our house from top to bottom. She did not miss a thing. Our house smelled and looked amazing when she was done. We will continue to use her.

Very well! The initial cleaning was done in two days, and the house went from neglected to sparkling. We were considering re-doing our bath because the shower never looked clean, but Wanda made it look like new again. This is a large house, and she didn't miss anything -- even cleaned the knick-knacks, which we told her didn't need to be done. Very professional, easy to deal with. Regular cleanings have been excellent as well. We highly recommend this cleaning service.

As always the job Wanda does is exceptional. She is very pleasant, confident and takes great pride in her job. Wanda will always be my house cleaner. Could not imagine finding anyone who does such a great job.

I've used Wanda for nearly two years while she was doing business as Wanda's Cleaning. She recently became an LLC under the KDMC name.
We never had any problems. She did a decent job. Nothing great for the amount she charged ($80.00 for 3 hours work).
On December 3, 2015 Wanda arrived with her daughter as a helper. She'd never had anyone with her before, nor did she ask in advance if this was okay. I didn't really mind, because I knew the daughter has a tough life from what Wanda has told me. I've donated clothes, books and toys to this young woman and her kids on several occasions so I thought it was really nice that Wanda was bringing her into the business.The daughter went upstairs to get started on bedroom and bathroom while Wanda started downstairs. I never saw Wanda go upstairs. Everything went fine, EXCEPT.. 
The next day I noticed my engagement ring and diamond earrings were missing. I'd had them out of my jewelry box on the dresser so that I could get them appraised. I thought the daughter had just put them back in my box as Wanda usually does if I leave anything out. 
I tried getting Wanda to come back to my house to discuss this face-to-face the following week, but it never happened. I asked her to file a claim with her insurance but she refused.
I filed a police report and filed a complaint with the BBB.
I've been advised not to bother going to court against her because I have no "proof" that she or her daughter were the ones who stole since my own daughter came home the day after the cleaning.
I would never recommend trusting this woman or anyone who works for her in your house.

Wanda has been cleaning our house for more than 5 months now and we are very satisfied with her services. She is very punctual, fast and her rates are good . Highly recommended !

We contacted Wanda after reading the great reviews on Angie's List.  After her first visit and initial cleaning of our home we were very impressed with her work and she has been cleaning our home on a regular basis for a few months now. Wanda has been cleaning the home of my sister and her husband since 2012. The house is an old farm house with a variety of rooms. My sister is in a wheel chair and her husband suffers from debilitating arthritis. So Wanda's service is needed and important for their safety and quality of life. Wanda has been providing such faithful service and visits, that she is like a member of the family now. Her work ethic is amazing and she is responsible and conscientious in all that she does in their home. She has been willing to help in so many ways. We highly recommend her for trustworthy house cleaning service. 

She is the best in Hagerstown and goes the extra mile. I was reluctant to join Angie's list and because of her, she has me hooked and a believer!!!!! Talk about first impressions count. I was also in a time crunch and needed someone fast. She changed her schedule to accommodate mines and I am forever grateful to that level of customer service. Thank you Wanda!!!!

With our busy work schedules we hadn't been able to keep up with the housework in a while. The house needed a good thorough cleaning and someone who would do a good job of it (i.e. not us). We chose Wanda because of her great reviews on Angie's List. She first came to the house to give us an estimate on the amount of time it would take to clean and to let us know what tasks she would do. I felt very confident in her so we scheduled an appointment for her to come for two days over a weekend to do the cleaning.

She showed up on time and got right to work. She worked very hard and rarely took a break.  For two days she dusted and vacuumed and mopped and washed windows (yes... she does windows!) and scrubbed our bathrooms and kitchen until they literally sparkled. By the end of day two (and about 18 hours of work) our house was cleaner than it had been since we first moved in. She also gave us some great cleaning tips.

Our original intention was to have her do the big cleaning then we would keep up with the cleaning ourselves. But after seeing how much better she cleaned that we ever could and admitting to ourselves that we probably wouldn't make the time to clean we decided to hire Wanda for a monthly service of dusting, vacuuming/mopping and cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen.. She gave us a great rate for the regular service. She's since been back twice since the big clean and we couldn't be happier. We love having a clean home and its helped us keep it clean in between her visits.

Wanda may charge a little more than some cleaning services but I can tell you that she is worth every penny. Very highly recommended.

Wanda has been cleaning my house for over a year now.  She is very conscientious and is always on time.  She cleans my home from top to bottom, taking great care with the easily breakable items.  I have no qualms about running errands when she is at my home - she is very trustworthy.

With a party coming up at my house, I had planned to do all my own cleaning, but ran out of time.  When I called Wanda and explained the situation, she worked with me to fit me into her schedule 2 days before my party, which was perfect.  Wanda arrived armed with all her own cleaning equipment and got right to work cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, re-organizing my pantry, washed and polished all my wood floors.  She was very thorough and detailed, cleaning the baseboards, ceiling fans,  etc.  Her attention to detail was great.  She did everything I asked her to do, and my house looked better than it ever has for my party.  I chose Wanda because of her reviews.  I agree now, with all those other good reviews.  I would definitely hire KDMC again, and highly recommend Wanda to anyone.

I really hate to do housework and the condition of my house was clear evidence of this fact. Not only did Wanda do a fantastic job cleaning my house, she told me a little fib when she assured me that the condition of my house "wasn't so bad". I really appreciated that.

Great, she did an excellent job and was very detailed about cleaning the baseboards and everything in between.  My house was spotless.

My house is sparkling clean, I couldn't ask for anything better!

They were thorough.  Ask questions.  They also give organizational advice.  We have used them several times and they do a great job!
