The rating is based on refacing that Hagner Conley Construction completed for Home Depot. The company initially sent 1 man do do a job that took a lot longer than we were told. They did not have all the materials needed to complete the job that was signed for in October and started the week before Christmas. They returned several times before and quot;completingand quot; the job, which didn't even hold up 3 months after being completed. The Home Depot team sent out professionals to check the work and then sent a different person to redo the initial job. At this time, although the work has been completed by two different men, we have not been reimbursed for the painting that had to be completed due to the damage the first construction team caused.
