Mr. Higgins took care of all the paperwork in obtaining the permits, meeting with inspectors, and meeting with Allegheny Power prior to the start of the job to get everything set up. When digging to bury the lines they hit a vein of limestone so Mr. Higgins called me at work to get an authorizatio nto proceed. He had already contacted the rental company for the equipment needed and had pricing for both the equipment rental and the # of additional hours he felt it would take to complete the job. After completing the job they cleaned up the basement, which was very nice.
