Roofing
The coating didn't fully adhere to the substrate, and immediately cracked (see attached photo). They claim the cracking is due to expansion and contraction. They also refused to discount the cost of the defective work. They also bill their customers for travel time from their previous job, so while you may think you are paying them to travel from their Hagerstown office to your site, you may in fact have to pay for them to travel from some other city to your site. The staff are friendly and have great app for recording their work, but they are unwilling to address problems, so that is the reason for the D rating.
