They come out when they're supposed to and do good work. There had been problems once or twice and they took care of them without any charge. They are nice and friendly and they clean up after themselves.

Woke on cold day to no heat. Called Hardell's, who responded within 3 hours. Diagnosed problem to be a faulty high tech thermostat (That I later learned had a download update. Everyone who owns this model has the same problem). Replaced that one with old thermostat and we were good. Very honest, very dependable, very fast response. I will call again. Although I have not received the bill yet ;-)
