Went extremely well. Not only did they do the service I needed they washed the car and contacted me to let me know what good condition my car was in.

Hamilton Nissan service department was professional, honest, and thorough as usual. If my Nissan Altima needs service my local auto shop can't fix my second choice is Hamilton Nissan. If you're looking for a service provider on south end of Hagerstown I would highly recommend you go to them.

This was my first time getting my free oil change since I purchased the car in June. You can go without an appt. Just pull up and let the Service Rep know what is needed. I did have to wait a little bit to get to speak to a Service Rep, but once I did, he was professional and accommodating. I was told it would be 45 minutes, but it was only 30 minutes. He went over what was done on my car and let me know what would be needed next visit. Then I left with no payment required. It was great!

Sold me a Quest

The and quot;Dealer For Lifeand quot; warranty program is totally bogus. Hamilton Nissan will NOT stand behind their vehicles when things go south. Their promotional warranty and quot;Dealer For Lifeand quot; program is a marketing device to fool customers. It is full of loopholes and if you miss any one of them, they will NOT honor their responsibilities. Bottom line is and quot;Buyer Bewareand quot; for this particular dealership.

The staff out there is really nice and the maintenance people really take the time if I go out there for a problem. They call me to explain what is going on and what my options are. If I have any questions, they make me wait right there in the waiting and they take care of the problem. They are a little pricey but I think it is because of the company they represent.

From the time I first spoke to them they were very professional. Every time they found something else wrong they would call me every step of the way even though my insurance was paying for it.

Amazing experience! They treated me as one of their own family, and the service dept seems alot better than other competitors

Needless to say, if I purchased another car from them I would not take it there for service.

This is the best dealership we have ever bought from. They were not pushy at all, they listened to what we really wanted. They gave us more for our trade than anyone else we had an estimate from. They really worked to get us the financing we wanted. Our salesman was the best. We have bought many vehicles in the past from all over the country and have never had such a wonderful experience. This company and the ownership really care about their customers, you are not just a dollar sign to them. They also have a lot of programs and incentives that I have never seen anyone else offer. We ususally buy from a Ford dealer, Hamilton is a Nissan dealer. If I buy another vehicle in the future, it will be from them, hands down. We would recommend them to anyone and already have to 2 people. It is nice to know that there are companies still out there running a business the right way.
