+ -1 moreIt went very well. Carlos is very good at what he does. He makes it look easy. He "took out" what he needed (the hard drive) from the old computer, plugged it into the right place inside the new computer. In what seemed like minutes, the data was transferred. Then he made sure that it was all there when we started up the new computer. He checked to make sure the basic operations were functioning on it. Then I was ready to go, taking it from there. He saved me sooooooooooo much time.
