Firestone changed my oil, rotated my tires and changed my wind shield wipers within 30 minutes. I had made an appointment so that helped them keep the time to a minimum. I also have a Firestone card so I am able to always get the lowest price for oil changes. Without a card, you will need to make sure that you have a coupon. I did overpay for my wipers at close to 15.00 each.

Firestone uses semi synthetic oil and with a coupon online or from Martins the price is excellent and includes rotation of tires.

I have used Firstone in Hagerstown siunce 2000. There are coupons for oil changes, rotations, wheel alignment on line, newspaper, or at your food store. They are usually very busy which means, if you are looking to get in and out, you nmneed to maek an appointment. They are efficient, clean , professional abd friuendly. I think their prices are as reasonable as their competition

Firestone provided a quote for the tires on line. I called for an appointment for next day. Manager told me that there was no appointment time available (all time sots were booked) and they did not have the tires in stock. Then he offered to get the tires if I leave the car for a few hours and allow them to install tires in between other appointments.
So we left the car at about 9 am and returned at .12 noon. The car was being worked on and I was told that it will be ready in 20 minutes. All work was complete after about 15 minutes of wait. Cost was exactly as per quote - that I expected to pay.

Work was done as quoted and in less time than estimates. No problems or issues to report but general discussions with service manager left a positive view of their professionalism.

Overall, they have good customer service. Gary, the manager, is very nice. I have not had any problems with them.

We have been going here with 4 different vehicles for about 5 years now. Always treat us with respect. They try to save us money. Very friendly and we feel like family. Favorite story. I went to mall, brand new car. Came out and looked and I had a huge nail in edge of tire. Drove right next door to Firestone. I went in and they said where it was located they could not patch it. The tire would have to be replaced. I told Firestone I wanted all 4 tires replaced so they would be better quality and match. They talked me out of it. They told me I would not notice the difference in the tires, they would match and nothing wrong with my tires. I decided I wanted two front tires replaced anyway. I was worried about performance and quality. I walked next door to have lunch and when I came back, the car was outside. When they pulled it in the shop, they found out huge nail was just the head of a nail and no damage done to tire. No charge for today's visit. On a different occasion they also gave us a price for work. They put in wrong price by $100, lower than should have been. Yet the honored the price! It is hard to find a mechanic you trust and we are very happy to say we found many in Firestone.
