We found Mr. Eichelberger a delight to work with from the start. He was patient, willing to explain every detail multiple times, and obviously very experienced. His crew did great work. They also cleaned up every day after they were done, which I appreciated.
The roof was expensive, but it was in the middle of the three quotes we got, so we felt that it was fair.
The only problem we encountered was the work went very slowly. Part of that was due to weather, which put him behind on some other jobs, thus delaying ours. Once they got started, the workers themselves were slow because they do not use staple guns. They hand hammer everything -- a longer, more painstaking process, but the results were beautiful. Our original roof also had some incorrectly installed flashing, so it took Mr. Eichelberger a while to find a way to replace it without further damaging the underlying bricks, which were already crumbling. In the end, it took them two weeks to do our roof, but it was worth it. I highly recommend this company.

I had an amazing experience with this company. From the second I called the office, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. They were able to finish the work on schedule which was very important to me because I had the roof installed the week before Christmas. It's nice to not have to worry about the roof leaking anymore. The owner is very particular because some of the workers tried to take a shortcut and the owner didn't like that. Once that was straightened out the quality was great. The responsiveness and punctuality was great. The price was fair. I'm not sure if I would use them again in the future because the roof should last the rest of my life.
