Went well came in and sprayed in and out side

the first guy didnt know what he was doing. so after calling and saying i wanted soneone else they sent the first guy with another guy. this time it wad more thorough but still lacking. they finally sent a third guy who knew what he was doing. instead of the mice being gone in a week. it took almost a month. very expensive to just lay out a bunch of traps and baits and look for entry points into house. next time will do ourselves.

When I first called, the lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful.  She transferred me to Bernadette who was great.  She explained how the technician would do the corrective work (ant treatment) on the first visit and then come every 4 months for additional prevention.  We schedule the visit for June 22 between 8 and 10am.   I paid $190 for corrective action for the ants and was told that billing for the yearly program would be $41/month and start in August.
The technician showed up in the first half of the allotted time window.  When my husband tried to explain the ant problem to him, he acted uninterested.  He said he was treating the whole house which would include the ants.  I had taken notes during my conversation with Bernadette and I read to him what I had been told.  He basically shrugged it off and told me that he would take care of it.
Quite frankly, I expected better.  Everyone was so courteous on the phone.
We have only seen around 5 ants since the treatment so it seems to be working.  

From the first phone conversation to our first annual service they have been great to work with. They are very responsive and seem to genuinely about your needs and concerns.

These wonderful people worked with me to get rid of the mice in our home and in our barns.  We also had an infestation of lady bugs, they took care of that also.  We signed up with them to have regular visits and they have been great.  They come out on time and work quickly.

It went well ... indoor and outdoor traps were set -- they worked ... the Ehrlich gentleman came an emptied the traps .. we will continue throughout the winter/spring.

The initial appt was an evaluation of what type of bug had invaded my home.  This person was very thorough inspecting my entire house inside and out. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The 2nd appt was the application done by a different person but the same result.  I even called before the 3rd scheduled appt and they came and sprayed again. A very nice company to work with from scheduling an appt to the home visit.

We only called Ehrlichs because of the positive comments on Angies List. We were NOT disappointed. We called the main number to schedule an appointment. The representative was friendly and efficient. She scheduled a time for their estimator to visit our home. They offered an appointment within a few days. Timmthe estimator arrived exactly on time and inspected our shed and home for termite damage. He educated us on what signs to look for ourselves in the future. He asked to see any paperwork that noted previous termite problems and/or treatment. He was patient and helpful while we searched for the documents in storage. He went to his vehicle and quickly figured an estimate. He presented the contract to us. Answered any questions. Tim is very Professional and Knowledgeable. He provided every reason for us to trust his judgement. We did not look for a second estimate. We signed the contract. He explained to us what we needed to do prior to calling them back to schedule their serviceman to come to our home to treat our shed for termites. We took a week to move a major amount of rocks around our shed. After having called back to arrange the actual termite treatment... The Gentleman that arrived sorry I forgot the name was so professional and humorous.. He made us feel confident that he would safeguard our shed. He completed his work and visited a little about the local friends we had in common. My husband and I love these two Guys. The girls in the office at times did not seem to get it when we called to ask a few follow-up questions but we still had Tim's cell so we called him and he immediately returned our call and answered all of our questions. We give these two guys 4 thumbs up!

They said they had a 30 day warranty and I contacted them to let them know I was still getting bites. Customer service said the bites would fall into the warranty. When they came out they didn't find any physical evidence and they said I must have been getting bitten by something else. They did a spot treatment but I'm still getting bites and they didn't refund my money.

The young man who came had only been working for the company for a few years. He did not seem to be as knowledgeable as I would have expected. He did not have all the equipment or materials he needed. He did resolve all the issues with the mice and ants, but for the money I'm not sure I would have that guy come back again. I might use the company again but I would not use the gentleman. They assign one guy to an area so any other time I have them come out for an issue, that guy would come and I am not too keen on that.

They were very expensive, but were very good.  All the guys that came in were extremely professional.  They were very careful about not spraying things around the pets.  Different people came each time.  All the guys that came were very respectful and kind.  They made sure they did not mess up the house.  They were careful with the animals in the house.  They gave me some tips and advices to clean up before I let the cats in.  I will definitely use them again because they were very professional.

They have been very responsive.

The current technician is really nice. He is wonderful. He answers questions. He goes through the house and looks for problems. He will give me a heads-up on any other problems he may see. He adds little personal touches. I haven't had any insect problems, so the quality of work is good. I will continue to use this provider.

I had no problems after they sprayed. They sprayed inside and outside. I was there to let them in.

They were phenomenal in going through the process.  They helped us understand what we needed to do.  They came by before the treatment to make sure things were done right so it could be successful as possible.  At our new house they helped us with a huge ant problem we had in the lawn.  We back up into some park land and they let us know there were termites in the trees, but let us know what to watch for so they don’t come near the home.  We have not had an ant problem since.  We have never had any termites either.

They are a good company. I think they are a bit pricey. They did a fine job when I was using them. I would use them again if their price was better.

They are a local firm.  They are extremely prompt and friendly.  They do what they say they are going to do and come when they say they would come.  I haven’t had ants since they came.  I would use them again in the future.

A pleasant experience for what I was dealing with. 
Technicians were polite and courteous.

They are wonderful.  If have bees and we call, they show right up.  They come every month.  We pay them annually.  They guarantee everything.  When they spray for bees outside once a month and if a week later, it is really bad still, they will come back, no questions asked and they will redo the whole thing.  It is all in our contract.

We have been very satisfied with them. The service man we had is Randy Everett. He is the one we had all these years. He is like a born kind and we have gotten to be friends over the years. I do trust him. His price is little much. They come back with no extra charge. I would use them in the future.
