CRAIG SEALING INC

Initially the work seemed ok, but within 2-3 months the new parking space area was showing ruts where the pavement was sagging due to not enough stone beneath it and using too small of a roller to pack it. Before any work was done I informed them that I was parking a 1/2 ton work van in this spot and expressed concern that it would sag, but was assured it would not... Guess they got that wrong. I was told via written correspondence after complaining that it would be fixed the following spring, to allow for settling, but that was 2 years ago and it still isn't fixed. I called multiple (no less then 6) times and only got a response when I lied and said I was looking for an estimate instead of complaining about poor work and lack of response.
 Now, June 2013, in addition to the ruts, grass is growing up through the edges of the blacktop all the way around and looks terrible.  
I last called them around the fall of 2012 trying to get them to fix it before another winter farther destroyed their poor excuse for blacktop, but as usual there was no response and I have since just assumed they don't care that I tell everyone who will listen not to use them - including strangers on Angie's List - and that I will simply have to hire a company that knows what they are doing to repair their work. If could I would send Craig's the bill, but I doubt that would work.
