I paid the agreed price.  The work was completed inside said time frame.  And that is all that was done correctly.  As I mentioned already, I had a concern at the time the work was doe about them finishing the curbs and sidewalk in the rain.  My concerns, as mentioned already, were dismissed at the time.  The quality of the sidewalks is incredibly questionable.  When viewed next to our neighbors, which were replace the year prior, you can see the difference in quality.  Ours look older, have a poorer finish and just look generally inferior in quality.  As for our curbs...THEY ARE CRUMBLING and they are barely a year old.  I contacted Mr. Ball about this.  Weeks later I contacted him again.  At this time he said he came by and looked at a 10 foot section of curb and they are fine.  He claims it is acceptable that they crumble in this way.  I disagreed.  Once the snow was gone, I asked him to come by and reassess this.  I have not heard from him again since.  So what we have is a company that is NOT ACCREDITED by the Better Business Bureau, does not understand what customer service means, and is not concerned that the work he does crumbles with in a year and looks all together inferior to his competitors.  I used this company in an attempt to use a smaller less corporate company and give my money to the smaller business person.  In this case that was a huge MISTAKE.  The work that was done in the majority of my neighborhood by a larger company is not crumbling and looks way more professionally done than the work at our house.  If you need concrete work done do yourself a favor and pay more. DO NOT CALL BILL BALL and DO NOT USE CONCRETE CENTRAL LLC.
