I would cerI called to request an estimate in mid-March. They responded very promptly, and I received a written estimate in the mail shortly after their visit. I was very happy with their prompt service. About 6 weeks had passed and I hadn't scheduled the work to be done. Shame on me. We got some heavy rain and I woke up to water leaking in to my house. I then called to schedule the work.
The only real issue I had with this service was the communication could have been much better. I called very early in the morning to let them know my rook was leaking and I would like to schedule the work. They got the contract over to me that day, I signed it, and returned it. I was under the impression they would be able to get out to me rather quickly, within a day or two. That could be my fault because they didn't actually tell me that. The problem was that they didn't give me any idea at all when they would be out. I waited 7 full business days and had not heard anything so I called. They got out to me 2 days later. If I had known it would be almost 2 weeks before they could come out for the repair, I may have looked elsewhere. My roof was leaking and there was plenty of more rain in the forecast. For the record, I didn't specifically ask when they thought they would be out for the repair when I talked to them. Just assumed it would be relatively soon since I had a leaking roof.
Aside from the lack of communication in regards to the schedule, everything else was fine. Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous. The roof looks good. I'll assume they did good work and the shingles they repaired will be stuck there for a longggg time. Time will tell, but I'm confident they do quality work. I didn't get any other quotes, but I believe their price for the work was fair for the work performed. I would certainly contact them again for any future roofing needs.

Bonded Applicators did a superb job; you could do chin-ups on these gutters, and they took our 2010 Snowmageddon of 57and quot; without a whimper. We also asked they install a custom clean-out on a long drain run, and they created it exactly as requested with an elegant design (well, elegant for PVC pipe!). They also cleaned up the old gutters and downspouts, and all the hangers and nails, so well we couldn't tell they had been there. In addition, they found a bad board on the eaves, and an employee came on the weekend, replaced, primed, and painted it (in unpleasantly cold weather) so they could continue work on Monday. There seems to be no negotiating or compromise on price or quality; the price they bid is the price they will accept, but the service they offer is what they deliver. Finally, and this may be a trite way to evaluate a contractor, but they have been in business since 1951 ... Maryland's Home Improvement Commission assigns each contractor an and quot;MHICand quot; number, which are now up in the tens of thousands, and Bonded Applicator's number is 146 ... you don't stay in business that long by doing shoddy work, or giving discounts that can't keep you in business. They are more expensive than most other places (hence the and quot;Band quot; in price), but in this case you get what you pay for, and -- if instead you get cheap gutters, especially if they're poorly installed -- you'll pay even more in the long run in damages.

I called to get an evaluation of the problem and an estimate. The person who came out was very thorough (unlike the insurance complany), found the problem, explained what was wrong, how it probably happened, what it would take to repair it, the timeframe and cost.
The work was very efficiently done-even with very cold weather-the workers did the job quickly, cleaned up totally and there have been no further leaks.

They did a very good job. They were very responsive, and clean and they added ridge vent. They replaced my old roof comprised of asphalt shingles with a new one of the same material.

I called. The estimator came out the same day. Received the oral estimate within a few days. On acceptance, received a contract within a week. Work was performed in accordance with my schedule. Workers were prompt, polite, professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Except that the work was completed and the roof repaired, you'd never know they were here.

I got them off Angie's List. Their price was great. They were fine. I had no problem with these people. I would use them again in probably two to three years to get my whole roof replaced. They were very efficient. They cleaned everything up.

I called to get an estimate to replace some shingles that had blown off my roof. He came out for the estimate. He listened to what I wanted to do, and did it. The price was very reasonable. The gentlemen was very professional, and his estimate was accurate for the work that he did. His crew finished quickly and he followed up with us afterwards.

They were very great with there work, they did every thing on time like they said they would. The gentlemen were very polite and some time they would work right through there lunch to make sure it was done right. After all they did they even cleaned up my yard of the mess from there job. I haven’t had a leak in 5 years now that’s good work.
