 + -1 moreI had a friend recommend Bentco to me based on their personal experience and he was correct about the level of service. I felt I was being treated fairly and honestly from the moment the plumber explained the problem and got to work. Since that first repair I have had them out to the house on several other occasions all with good results. I only wish they did more type of home repair than just plumbing...
Description of Work: Water pipes burst in several places due to the cold winter we had . Came out in the evening to stop the leak and fix the pipes. Brought several space heaters and left them for me to use till I could go out and buy additional ones I was most impressed by his overall concern and understanding of the importance of customer service. Did not charge any extra for the late night call.
