Can't say enough god things about this company. From beginning to end, each person I talked to was very personable and honest. From estimating to the actual cleaning they were courteous, careful and friendly. They carefully considered each carpet area differently depending on the age and material. (polyester, wool, etc) And they were very careful with our house—corner protectors for their hoses, and watchful of painted walls. They really know what they're doing and the price was so reasonable! I'd recommend them to anyone with modern or antique carpet. I'll never use anyone else.

The staff member responsible for shepherding my project was Alice. She was very thorough in her explanation of their service and their pricing. She called mid-project to alert me to the status and to assess any potential environmental risks and necessary protections in the home for the carpet upon its return. (pets, moths, etc.) Because this Persian carpet had been in storage, I did not have the pad I needed for it. Without prior notice, AmeriClean cut a pad for me when I fetched the carpet. I highly recommend them.

It went fantastically. Ron arrived on time and spent 3 hours doing a terrific job. We didn’t have many spots anywhere but he did find one in front of our sliding glass door and he removed it. He also cleaned the small runner in front of that door.

Very professional and worked steadily but carefully. I even added on another small rug and he was agreeable to cleaning it at a very fair price. He did arrive about 20 minutes late but they called ahead to notify me. Everything looks great.

Prompt service on the carpet. The cleaning was on time and they did a great job. One of the area rugs cleaned back at their store still had puppy urine spots and odor. When I pointed this out they were quick to re-clean the rug and delivered it back to my home a few days later, saving me another 40 minute drive. I was impressed with their integrity and responsiveness.

i've used them many times. They are most cooperative. I have used them many times for my home and my rentals. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the only guys I use. Most guys come out they just want to do a swipe through the room. These guys will move the furniture. They will clean the dirt behind the furniture. They do the whole job. They are wonderful and highly professional. They work hard. They are uniformed out and they are polite. The work is good work. They'll move your furniture no one else will. It takes a reasonable amount of time.

It went very well. Ron did a wonderful job. He worked hard for three hours. I got much better results than I had imagined possible. If I had known he could do this and get the kind of results that he did, I would definitely have not replaced about 700 square feet of top grade carpet that my renter ruined. Ron can do magic. In addition, it has been a very pleasant experience dealing with the company from the very beginning to the finish. I know whom to call for any carpet cleaning jobs in the future.

Our old carpet looked so shabby we thought we needed to recarpet the entire house, but decided to have it professionally cleaned on the off chance that we could extend its life. Americlean did an amazing job. The carpet looks and feels so much cleaner and brighter! It looks like it's brand new! There were two stains they couldn't remove, but we were prepared for that. They warned us up front that they were unlikely to come out because they were so old. The rest of the carpet exceeded our expectations and looks great. The only glitch occurred with the filtration soil lines around the perimeter of the rooms. The suction on the cleaning machine was so strong that it brought more soil to the surface and made them worse. (This is an old carpet that had never been professionally cleaned.) Americlean came back and redid the edges at no extra charge, and corrected the problem. They also Scotchguarded the carpet. We were satisfied with the results. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Ron was particularly honest and knowledgeable.
