Joe was recommended by a work colleague.   He was very polite and professional over the phone when we called to see if he was interested and available.  He gave us an estimate by phone for one part of the job and we added more to the job later.  He revised his estimate which we felt was very reasonable.  Although he had some trouble installing the faucets he did not charge us for extra time.  He double checked everything to ensure there were no leaks and cleaned up after the work was done.   While he advertised as doing more well pump and water softener work, he agreed to do our small job with no problems.  We are most happy with his ability to get the work done when we needed it even though it had to be done in two stages. In the middle of a number of remodeling jobs in our home, timing was critical and his flexibility helped us tremendously.  We are very pleased with his work and would definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs.
