Work done was to install a drop down attic staircase. The young man had never installed one before and did not mount it properly. He was supposed to come back and finish the job but I have not heard from him.

We were able to do a lot of the work over the internet with pictures of the railing needing to be replaced. One day he stopped by the house to look at the railing (I wasn't home) and then he ordered it. I didn't have to pay any money until it was installed.

Great job. Very nice people. The only thing needs to be improved is phone service. Most of time when you call, no body answers. But the email response is in time. The job is well done.

Affordable, professional and completed in a timely manner.

The only problem was the bid document was a bit confusing, but once we got the settled, it all worked just as advertised / stated. We got 1st class work done, the installation happen when promised and the Railing looks like brand new. The team took care that the install did not cause any damage to our house, and the job was great. I would recommend Affordable to any body.

Job took a while to complete due to its relatively small effort. The work was done well however the cost was somewhat high.

Kevin provided a reasonable estimate. The work was done professionally. There was a little delay in starting the work. In all fairness, it was probably due to the holiday season and also the weather. Overall, we were very pleased.
