I think that they are reliable and trustworthy. They are easy to deal with. Their responsiveness is very good.

I called them and it went very smooth. I have had problems with another company. I had started to go through with them and they started giving me rubbish about what I needed. So, I called Securityplus Federal Credit Union as somebody had told me that they were very good and they gave me a lower rate. The other one had given me some rubbish about the savings bonds that I had cashed. They said that they needed the photo copies of the bonds before hand to make sure that I was not getting them from a terrorist organization and some rubbish like that. They would not take the receipt. I called Securityplus Federal Credit Union and they took the receipt. It was fine and it was much smoother. I use them for my credit union as well but it is not what I usually use for my banking but I do have an account there. The settlement charge was $4570 for exit fee. It went very smoothly and they were a lot easier than the first company. I will definitely use them again in the future.
