I have been using their services for years. The service and repairs are in the back and the auto body is in the front. The ones that run the parts are different from the auto body guys. I had them do some other things.

After getting a few quotes in the area, Lochearn was the most reasonable. I took my car in on the 7/3/14 and the work was done by 7/9/14, with a holiday weekend in between. I live locally and when I mentioned I was walking back home, the owner insisted on driving me back home so I did not need to.
My car looks wonderful. They did a perfect job; you cannot tell there was ever damage there. I was a bit worried about having them bang out the fender to make sure everything fit correctly, but they did such a good job you cannot tell. I got quotes from other places and they were insistent that the fender needed to be replaced. In the accident my grill came off, but was not broken. They used the old grill instead of charging me to replace it.
Everyone I spoke with at the garage was professional and very nice. I will absolutely use Lochearn Auto Body again when I need work done to my car.

Larry and Bobby run an honest shop and they will NOT sell you a tune up if you just need a spark plug. They've been up front with me, my family and friends recommended to them for all types of repairs and routine maintenance. I love this shop!
