2 older and messed up windows were replaced by William Boughan. He was friendly and knowledgable. I was impressed with the care he took in replacing my windows. He took the time it took, even though Home Depot was calling to ask how it was going - apparently they thought the job was taking too long. Mr Boughan was not at all worried by that. When the job was done, the windows were great, worked well and were insulated and caulked, with new outer trim installed. I thought it was a real good job. He said the windows his company uses are high quality and gave me a long talk on how they are made better than other windows. He installed a much better metal surround around these windows, big improvement over what was there previously. I would definitely recommend him and his company. For the price, I put NA because I have no idea how their price compares to anyone else price. I had needed a window replaced asap and went to the Eldersburg Home Depot and just took on faith that the price would be reasonable.
