ALL PRO QUALITY CLEANING SERVICE

Because of needing the carpets cleaned within a day or 2 of having several small grands over (which resulted in spilled milk, juice, & vomit (smile)), decided to go with a professional company vs. waiting on a family member setting aside time to help me shampoo. The reps came within the allocated time slot. Very friendly and professional. I had already stated I needed the steps cleaned as well, which is $15 extra. Yes, there is always an additional sales pitch. Only reason why I went with the deep scrub method is because I never had deep scrub done since having the carpets installed; either cleaned by hand or the use of a regular carpet shampooer. There were three very small, quarter-size stains on the living room carpet that I could not get cleaned and had been there for years. Guess having this deep scrub was well worth the extra cost. This is only the next day; but I don't see the stains. The entire house smelled freshly clean afterwards. Highly recommend this company, and plan to use them in the future.

We purchased a Groupon for $99 “Valid for unlimited vents and one return for one system, additional returns $24.99 each.” The only additional charge should have been $50.00 for the additional returns but instead ALL PRO QUALITY CLEANING SERVICE charged us $508.00 in addition to the $99.00 we already paid. Between what we paid Groupon and ALL PRO QUALITY CLEANING SERVICE we paid $607.00 directly and spent another $539.00 to fix the damage caused by ALL PRO QUALITY CLEANING SERVICE. A total of $1,146.00 spent instead of the advertised $149.00. This is an over charge of $997.00 This company blew dust and dirt around the house, which has caused respiratory issues for us and our dogs. I say blew dust and dirt around the house because they did not use a vacuum hose to remove the dirt from our home they used pressured air lines that blew the dust around the house and loosened it in the ducts dropping the filth into our new HVAC unit. Then they removed the filter that is 2 weeks old and turned the unit sucking all the dirt from the duct system into the new unit covering the new coil in dust. A fine coat of dust is covered EVERYTHING in our house, which required a full house dusting, moping of floors and carpet steam cleaning and hiring a reputable duct cleaning service to actually clean the ducts. Read reviews closely, they have some satisfied customers…however they service purchased by these reviewers is carpet cleaning NOT duct cleaning. Beware!!!

DO NOT go with this company thinking that their coupons are any type of deal, THEY ARE NOT. In order to really get the job done to some degree of satisfaction you must add-on different "cleaners". This is how they get into your house. While the honest guys will tell you it's about $150 to start the job (4 bedrooms and a stairwell), these guys will tell you it's $60 to do the same thing, but only if they spray water on your carpet and run over it with a liquid vacuum!! There was one particular stain in our master bedroom that they had to come back to re-do again. They agreed to come back, but the one guy doing most of the work looked p*****. Admittedly, they didn't leave us high and dry, but should have got the job done right in the first place. That's all most customers want: A job well done, one time, right at that time.

The first flag would be add on. They add on for deep cleaning which is a spot remover that is rubbed into the carpet. There is an additional charge for Teflon coating. He tried to charge me for doing an entire room area when I just wanted high traffic areas. The most critical mistake was that they tried to clean my $1500.00 couch. This is a couch that should only be dry cleaned. He started the work on my couch with out my permission. He started cleaning one of the cushion to show me how clean it would be, which meant he had to do the whole couch. This was an additional charge I didn't ask for. It cost me $350.00. One of the of the tricks is that he starts to add up square footage for the room, and he wasn't moving any furniture. So I ended up getting charged for an additional room because he said my room was over sized. Now that I am going back to put plant stands back and other things. He never moved any of my furniture to clean under. I didn't expect them to move anything up stairs but downstairs I expected a completely clean room. They say on there add that there is a free estimate, when they come out and are telling what is going to happen they are already in your home with equipment and starting the job. I think this is how they get a lot of home owners. Any Val-Pak any advertisements that you see, do not go for it. On there add clean my couch (which didn't ask for) should have only cost $99.99. I thought i was getting five rooms and thirteen steps cleaned $199.95 and I ended up paying $651.99. Do not use this company.

This contact came from a flyer for carpet cleaning. I spoke to the owner, Tre Owens, explaining that my sofa was a sectional with a 3 seat portion and a chaise portion with a large ottoman. It was only 2 years old, not very dirty and had an upholstery protection on it already. In addition, I told him that I needed 3 lightly soiled bedroom carpets cleaned, each room was about 18x20 and the carpet was also only 2 years old. I asked for a quote as I knew it would be more than the advertised price in the flyer. He never did give me a price but said we'd discuss it when he came out the next day. His worker was prompt but never spoke to my husband about the price until he was finished. The ad price was $39.99 for a sofa, and 14.99 per room for carpet. He presented my husband a bill for $1100.00! claiming deep scrubbing, special Berber treatment (my carpet is cut pile not Berber), pre-clean degreaser, deodorizer and Teflon protection. None of this was asked for or needed. The cleaner refused to negotiate the bill and when I contacted the owner the next day, he wouldn't even admit to having spoken to me about what I wanted done before he came out. We refused to pay and said we'd report him to the state Fraud unit. After much negotiation, he finally agreed to a payment of $367.00 which I still feel was way overpriced for the work done. Quality of the work was poor also. After the fact, I found that on a website has 2 additional reviews on this company both very negative. Do not use this company!

Called them based on a coupon. 2 people came, but only one did any work. The carpets really didn't look all that different once they were done. I thought maybe they'd look better once they dried, but the next morning, still looked bad. Called the company to have them come back. Sent the same people, who told me that the high traffic areas will never come clean and I was unrealistic to think so. When I asked them why my area rugs were all spotty from the cleaning solution (there were obvious spray marks where they had sprayed cleaning solution, that were cleaner than the rest of the carpet), they tried to tell me that it was the design of the carpet, not their solution! I insisted they scrub and clean it again, those spots disappeared. Plus, they used "special pet solutions" on the carpets, without informing me they were doing so, then charged me $17 per room extra!

ALL-PRO CLEANING COMPANY IS A VERY DEPENDABLE COMPANY. THE CARPET WAS VERY DIRTY. WE HAVE A DOG AND HAD A POOL INSTALLED. I HAVE WHITE CARPETS THAT LOOKED BLACK. THIS COMPANY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB AND WE HAVEN'T NEEDED A CLEANING SINCE.
