In the 4th week after the work was done, the key couldn't get in. The lock doesn't work on both doors. The key doesn't work to unlock the knob.

He suggested using the same key as the front door so all the doors would be keyed alike. I hadn’t thought of this and it was a great idea. He was a real gentleman and even took his shoes off before coming in the house. Also, called to say he was still on another job and would be a little late. Highly recommend!

Affordable Locksmith is highly recommended. Sun Lee fixed 4 locks in my house so they worked correctly and so we could use one key for all the locks. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Sun Lee was a very nice and professional person to work with.

Sun was extremely professional and thorough while replacing multiple locks in our home. Sun was efficient, but at the same time made sure each lock secured properly and each door closed as well or better than before he arrived. In addition to the exterior locks, he replaced a lock on the door leading in from our garage that was likely original to our 53-year-old house with a much more user-friendly deadbolt. If the need arose, we would 100% use Sun again.

Safe old, no longer manufactured, unable to repair. Was told locksmith was going to see if another mechanism could be used. Waiting to hear from him. He was here over an hour trying to get it to open and charged $79.00

Su Wong was excellent. Got a call literally 5 mins after I posted my request for what i was looking for on Angies List. Came the same day, and gave me a choice of time frames. Was extremely professional and nice and the price was much better than I anticipated. I even added something at the last minute and he took care of it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing locksmith help, installations or repairs. 100% Satisfied!

He did a great deal more than fix the key system. He noted that the door was out of trim, and removed it , corrected the problem and rehung it. He did an excellent job and charged me only for the rekeying.
