They were so easy to work with. Frank in particular really took the time to understand what we were working with and how are budget was limited. It came down to the end and we paid what he said we would owe him. We felt knowledgeable enough because of him to budget very well. There were no surprises.

We could not have been more pleased. Frank was out of town, but his partner Mike and his daughter Ellen did a fabulous job. We had put off doing this repair for years, since we didn't want to loose the mosaic, and needed someone to take great care in doing this repair. They ran into a problem when the screwed down a board on the floor and found pipes below that should not have been running just below the floor, but they handled the sudden emergency quickly, stayed late to make sure we had the water back on over the weekend, and didn't charge us anything for the extra time even though there never should have been pipes running under the floor. These guys are great!
