Service was exceptional, I was afraid that we would not be approved. The acct exec was very nice, accurate about rpts and feedback prior to applying and going through with the process. Informed us of all the documents needed-just faxed everything to him - got a hold of a reliable reality agent (Exit Realty-Karen Rogers) approval was received within 12-24hrs- & credit score was increased due to purchase. Overall svc was excellent.
