They were way too high priced so we didn't go with them. They wanted $4,000 which we thought was exceedingly high. He said he would work with us but we didn't even consider them. He came over the same day that we called so he came quickly. He was friendly, professional and seemed knowledgeable. He wouldn't work with insurance and his prices were very high so all that stuff was good but it really didn't help. They wouldn't help with insurance.

Solid, Honest Company with reasonable prices. Tough to find vendors for chairlifts and other mobility equipment. I would recommend you start with this company.

They came prepared with all the necessary parts for installation, were courteous and efficient, gave a little lesson in the use of the chairlift and returned the following week with a new remote, which they showed us how to use. The price seemed reasonable, considering that they provided about $375 in parts and other places I called charged around $600 just for the installation, and more for the parts.

Called and they followed up for an appointment. The repair guy came on time and fixed the bed. He had the part and so did not have to order it.
