One of the engines was surging (running up and down in rpm) so much that the boat was unusable. I replaced the fuel/water separator, which made no difference. Seven Seas sent a mechanic very promptly after I called them. He diagnosed the problem, but had to order parts (new fuel pump and pressure regulator). Another Seven Seas mechanic returned when the parts arrived, installed them, and the boat runs beautifully now. Everyone at Seven Seas who I've dealt with, from office staff to management to mechanics are all professional, courteous, and very good at what they do. They are not cheap, but fair priced. They show up when they say they will, even on short notice. Mechanics are highly competent. I would recommend without hesitation.
