Since they deleted my Facebook review I will repost it here. I got a flat tire driving on route 50 yesterday. I called my insurance company and they gave me the number to parks auto. parks auto sent their driver to put my spare tire on. once the driver arrived the claimed that my spare tire was stuck under my truck. I asked if the flat tire could be patched and he said no. the driver said my truck needed to be towed to their shop, which was literally next door to where I pulled over, because they had the correct tools to get my spare down. once I was there, they informed me that my spare needed to be cut down (by breaking the brackets under the truck) or I needed to purchase a new tire. I opted for the new tire because I did not want them breaking anything on my truck. I spent $260 on a tow (that was 100 feet away) and a new tire. when I got home my husband got my spare tire down in 5 minutes. it was not stuck. they took advantage of a woman who was alone and did not know anything about trucks. do not spend your money here. the owner responded to my Facebook review in such a rude, nasty and defensive manner. he obviously did not intend to rectify the situation at all.

AAA directed service to Parks for towing car off side of road. Engine code diagnosed and repair performed. Additional services suggested at additional cost, but declined.

2nd time was last straw. i was sick of owner/front desk clerks attitude towards me and even other customers. took car someplace else and vowed never go back to parks. she is rude and acts like doesnt want business.

"2nd repair was towed into our facility and then out due to needing major repairs. The only items the customer was billed for was the towing. No diagnostics. As this review is 2+ years old, I cannot comment on the disposition of the counter staff. I can however, say, all of our employees have very positive attitudes and if they do not, they are not to come in contact with our customers. Customer retention is one of our top priorities and if we had been notified of an issue in a timely matter, I'm sure we could have resolved this satisfactorily."
