Call these guys...I shopped for what seemed like forever for a new roof. I dealt with one cheesy sales guy after another, all with their own version of the same pitch. I called Monarch and got the exact opposite. I spoke with Dave, one of the owners as I recall. He didn't lay on a thick pitch or tell me why I HAD to go with him. He simply answered my questions in a polite and respectful way, and scheduled my estimate. On the Day of the estimate, Dave arrived 15 minutes early. It was really nice just kind of chatting with a real person as he took my measurements and took notes. He worked up some numbers (which blew everyone else's out of the water) and we shook on it. Two weeks later and I had a new roof. The process couldn't have been simpler. Save yourself the headache and support local business at the same time. You definitely won't regret working with these guys.
