Sewer Cleaning, Septic Tank Service
Company was hired in 2005 and 2010 to pump septic tanks. In 2005 they pumped the wrong one and then when the system started having problems in 2010 they came and pumped the wrong tank again. The put us off for more than 6 weeks to get a pump commitment in 2010. They claim to have come and did not know where the septic system was even though I explained where to find it and it's position is obvious. When they finally came my husband was home and the worker knew there was another tank, as he commented but was unwilling to probe for it or dig. Ultimately it cost over $1800 to get it fixed because the pump burned up due pumping the wrong take over 10 years. We really got screwed. I definitely would never call them again. I may even file in small claims court. After doing some inquiring I found that I am not the first to get screwed around here.
