They were very responsive and customer friendly when we first called. We were not in an emergency, since our cars were outside. The technician was also very customer friendly. On Friday he tried to rig the heavy duty spring (seems like it wasn't your typical spring) for our use until he could get a replacement, but our old spring broke in other places. He ordered a another heavy duty spring and installed it Monday.
