Glyndon did an excellent of cleaning my coat. Their pressing of it was far superior to the cleaners I previously used. They picked up the coat on a Monday and returned on Thursday of the same week Can't ask for better service than that ! The estimate on the phone for cost was $18 to $30. I previously was paying $40 +

The manager answered all of my questions promptly. When I was ready to get the rugs cleaned they let me know which day of the week they were in our area and what I needed to do with the rugs for pickup. The pickup/delivery man was nice. The rugs were returned a week later, very clean and fresh. It was all very easy and the price per square foot seemed reasonable. I would use them again.

I am thrilled with this service!! Our previous rug cleaning company -- an old company with a good reputation -- insisted that cat urine odor could not be removed. Glyndon's method of underwater immersion is what worked!! Moreover, they immersed our wool Karastan twice because they detected some odor remaining after the first washing. As our cat is old and her health issues may trigger another mishap, I am greatly relived to know that there is a company that truly helps the customer instead of just saying nothing will work for this odor. The rug was a gift from my mother-in-law, so there are also some emotional strings attached regarding keeping it in a beautiful and useable state.

I LOVED my rug experience. The pick-up was on time. The driver reminded me that there was a 2 for 1 special on going for the month and the offer to take another rug for cleaning. He Rolled it up and took them both. I received a call the next day to discuss the rug and they assured me my stain was no issue. I felt like I sent it to a caring doctor. It was returned in pristine condition.

Very professional and nice on the phone, still waiting for comforter and dress to come back but stated might take a couple weeks. They picked up my items for free and will also drop off.

I picked them because of their location and I had an oriental carpet I wanted cleaned and they said that they did that. I was very pleased. As I recall, they said they had been doing oriental carpets for a long time.

I emailed them on a Sunday for a pick up request. I got response the same day. They set up a pick up for Monday. That next Wednesday I had the dry cleaning back. They also did a few alterations that were done when they were scheduled to be. They were professional. Prompt. I would use them again.

I found the leather repair company. Called on the phone to confirm they repair leather. They said yes they did. I drove to their office and showed them my jacket. They said they have an excellant leather repair person. I gave them my jacket. I picked it up 5 days later. It had been repaired beautifully.

The price per foot I was given over the phone as an estimate was what I thought was a reasonable rate. However, when I was billed, I paid double what the estimated cost! Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners are extremely overpriced for drapery cleaning for drapes that are not even pleated at the top. Their service was efficient and they did a nice job, however, the price was exorbitant!
