DAVID G HUGHES PIANO SVC

This provider is a piano tuner and repairman. His previous tuning 6 weeks prior was poorly done. He said we needed a new string and arrived 6 weeks later to install the string. He then began tuning the piano without my permission. I stopped him in the middle of the job and asked what he was doing. He stated he was going to tune the piano because it was out of tune. He said the price was $129. He then charged us for two strings when we only needed one string. When I confronted him he threw my check at me and abruptly left my house. This provider clearly attempted to take advantage of the situation because I am not the piano player in the house. The provider attempted to tune the piano and charge us for the job without asking for permission.
