VANITIES NAILS

First of all, all the techs do not know English. The one I got, understood nothing I said. After a very painful manicure, in which she almost cut through my cuticles, she kept trying to push my 13 yr old daughter to get one. She did part of my pedi too and I winced and almost yelled when she shoved the cuticle remover under my nails. Both the manicure and pedicure (gel) were very uneven and very expensive($95 for both). None of the services are mentioned clearly to first time customers, nor are they displayed clearly. They are on a flimsy sheet in a corner and when I asked for a pamphlet of the services they offered, they had none. I was not told that I had to get a gel manicure removed in a salon as well.....I read that online after it was too late. The techs talk in their local language and there is no way to tell what they are saying when they look at you and talk. I am NEVER going back again.
