They came out on April 18th and gave me an invoice and I gave them an $800 deposit in cash on April 26th. From there they never came out to do the job; they never contacted me back, made up excuses and in the end never showed up at all. It was a job that I had to handle through my insurance company so I had to contact another company to do the work and I still have never gotten my $800 back from them and now I am out that money and need it to pay the other contractor.
