Kermit to the rescue. He fixed our AC promptly. Living in a condo complex, our AC unit was on the roof and a royal PITA to access. Kermit was able to locate our unit in the farm of AC's on the roof and we were cooling off in no time. Thanks Sand S, will definitely do business with you guys in the future.

My Trane Air Conditioning System was leaking and I called my home warranty company and requested S and S Heating and Air. This company had done work for me previously and I was extremely satisfied with the job performed. Kermit Smith has been prompt in his arrival on both occasions, professional, efficient and knowledgeable about the system in my home. He informed me of the exact problems and what actions would be taken to correct the problems.

We spent about $100. It went very well. I would recommend them. They seemed to be honest and prompt. They came over the weekend and they did not charge us extra. Perhaps that was because I told them I found them through Angies List. I am not too sure. We will use them in the future.
