 + -1 moreLuna Concrete came out to give me an free estimate no sales tactics or pitch and the estimated price was good for thirty (30) days. Now how many companies out there will do this? We had many conversations and made me feel very comfortable about the work they would be performing before I sign the contract. They arrive and completed the work as stated in the contract, I would reccomend them to anyone. I plan to have my driveway redone and you can bet I will be calling Luna Concrete
Description of Work: Install a french drain from front to back and tie in the roof leaders, underpinned the foundation along with water proofing on the right outside of my home and graded the soil. Grass seeds and straw was sown which was excavated, remove and replace my existing concrete lead-walkway and steps. They even cut down a tree branch which fell on my tool shed after the derecho storm without extra cost to the orginial contract.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. I got a very competitive quote (second lowest) but chose them because they were responsive and were very knowlegable. They didn't require a deposit. Once I agreed (and signed) the proposal they quickly gave me a schedule which included the time they would start in the morning. They did everything exactly on schedule. I was very impressed. They prepared the area, but also put down protection for my lawn. They cleaned up everything. The bottom line is that they did everything right: Good price, quality work, punctual, and very professional.
Description of Work: Luna came in and prepared the area and poured about 300 square feet of concrete slab (4") and a small (8" thick) retaining wall. The area is under a deck (about 6ft of headroom). I dug out most of the area but it still needed some work. They prep'd the area, put in the forms and poured the concrete. They also put in a small retaining wall (sloping from 3ft high to one foot high) running the width (16 feet) of the slab. They drilled and epoxy'd dowels to connect the wall to my house. They then frmoved the excess dirt, even the dirt I had piled up from my prep work, and finished off the area and re-seeded the backfill. They even burried a pipe to extend my downspout around the area.
