I have owned my home for 22 years and I am preparing it to sell. Jerson Contracting is my go-to contracting company as they are always professional and very skilled in all the work they perform. I have been using their services for years and as usual they performed EXCELLANT work. They replaced my roof, and it looks great! The color of the roof matches my home color perfectly. The roofing work was done quickly, professionally, and very neat. I love it. Additionally, there were minor repairs and painting that needed to be done. All the repairs are great, and everything looks new! I really appreciate Jerson Contracting workmanship. I have received many positive comments on the look on my home which really makes me feel very happy and proud. I will hire Jerson Contracting for all my contracting needs.

I am preparing to sale my house and it needs a little work done to spruce up the place before I list it. The work is being done in phases (exterior painting, repairs, and interior painting) by Jerson Contracting. The first phase is painting the exterior of my home including my wood deck. Jerson did a spectacular job! He was able to help me select the right colors needed for the project. It is amazing to see how much a fresh coat of paint makes your home pop! Jerson’s work is masterful, beautiful and very neat and clean. He holds a very high standard of talent, expertise, and professionalism. He charged me a fair price and the work was done timely. I have been using Jerson Contracting for years for all my general contracting needs and plan to continue to do so for as long as possible.

They were competitively priced and overall very knowledgeable. My house looks great with the new seamless gutters! They did a great job removing 2 old layers of shingles and installing new ones. The flashing and detail are very good. I would highly recommend them.

I have used him quite a bit. He is very prompt, his work is extremely neat and I trust him in my home. I have never had an incidents. He seems very responsible.
