Triadelphia Veterinary Clinic

Triadelphia's vets and staff are excellent. They have always been responsive, and accomodate my dogs' individual needs. One of my dogs can be reactive to other dogs, and they always ensure that we can move quickly into a room, and help us clear the way to exit so there are no issues. The vets and techs give nervous dogs time to warm up and relax before starting exams or procedures. The vets are educated about modern behavior practices and give excellent advice and support in that area. The quality of care is outstanding, with no (logical) stone left unturned when making a diagnosis. I've taken my pets to Triadelphia for more than a decade and plan to continue to do so.

The vet diagnosed my dog with stones on Friday and scheduled surgery the following Tuesday which was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. It's been 5 weeks and he's doing great. The entire staff has been wonderful. We moved in July to AA County so it's a schlep to go out there but I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else. Triadelphia is wonderful!

They've been taking care of my Boxer. It's been ongoing. She was very good with my dog. First impression is very professional. My dog is excellent when I pick him up.

The wait time is very short. The vet interacts very well with my pet. I like how easy they are to talk to. They are willing to work with you.

Doctor Jones our guinea pig was sick and she called to follow up, she thought she would call up and she how he's doing.

Our pet loves it. It's great. They're very friendly. They make us wait a little bit. We don't have to wait to get the appointment, it's just you wait to get into the appointment, about half an hour or more over when our appointment time was which is kind of irritating when you're there with a dog and a kid.

I've used all 3 of the veterinarians at Triadelphia since they opened and wouldn't even consider using another clinic! As usual, each cat was examined thoroughly and specific concerns addressed. The technician handled each cat carefully and easily allowed my assistance when needed. We had plenty of time to discuss options as well as make plans for any follow up care. This clinic has seen me through some very hard times with my current and past animals, thinking creatively when the illnesses were stubborn or unusual. They have always made room in their schedules for emergencies and welcome me as a valued customer whenever I visit. In fact, I'm treated more like a friend and that says much about the entire staff of Triadelphia.

Heather Stup is magic. She is a genius and has a great ability to relate to animals. She communicates very well.

Dr. Stup and the entire staff are exceptional. They always remember me, they can always fit me in immediately if I have an emergency, and they are very nice to my dogs. The doctors are knowledgeable and the vet techs are so nice an friendly and helpful. I absolutely LOVE Triadelphia Vet and I would never go anywhere else. I am there at least 3 or 4 times a year and I've never had a negative experience. There are several other vets much closer to my house but I go out of my way to see Dr. Stup at Triadelphia.

They are very informative and very professional. They really take into consideration your feelings about your animal, and how important they are to you. They are very honest. When the doctor was talking to my daughter about her hamster, she took the time to explain to her, and we ended up not having a hamster. It took some genius to be able to do that. She will even call back to check up on an animal, once you bring one in. They do a follow-up and my little girl was very excited about that.

Appointment went well, as they always do. Front staff is friendly, helpful and knowlegeable. Doctors are caring, thorough, and always provide sufficient time to address any concerns we may have. Though we live about 15 miles away from this practice, and we have another vet just 2 minutes from where we live, going to Triadelphia is worth the trip. Rates are reasonable and doctors don't "push" unnecessary treatments or dugs -- as many other vets do.

That's my vet hospital. The vet over there is very good. They're always on time and they're great. They're very clean. My dog has had some major issues and they clean up everything. They pay attention immediately and they make sure they don't hurt any of the dogs. Their prices are very reasonable.

After being told by another veterinarian that they were too busy to see my sick cat, I called Tridelphia and was given an appointment the same day. The doctor examined my cat, took some x-rays and prescribed a plan for moving ahead. The next day I saw a different doctor and since my cat's condition had improved, she suggested a "wait and see" approach, which I appreciated instead of gong forward with invasive procedures as some doctors may have suggested. The following day, a third doctor called to see how my cat was doing and gave additional advice. I found all 3 doctors and their staff to be caring and competent. I will definitely use this practice in the future.

Their prices are very reasonable. I've been with them for years and I am very pleased. I get excellent care for my three pets.

They were recommended to me by a friend of mine. We had recently went to our other vet for services and did not feel like we were being treated well or paying a fair price. So we started investigating new veterinarian clinics. We went to Tridelphia and had a great experience. We got the same services for a quarter of the price as our original vet. The staff was great, everyone was friendly and we were happy with the outcome.
