I have spent a good deal of money getting the (many older) units in good working order. It is money well spent, as Tracey and his team always provide the most cost effective ways to repair/replace parts or units. I have even reached Tracey on a Sunday for an emergency with immediate response. We just did an inspection with our Building and Grounds principals. Tracey and two of his men spent a couple of hours inspecting each unit, explaining their functions, discussing what needs to be replaced, and what is likely to fail in the future (we have units from the 80's) and what is in good shape. Thanks to their preventive maintenance, we were happy to see all the units were well maintained. I will continue to use Shamrock to maintain my HVAC equipment; I only wish all contractors could be this wonderful! I highly recommend Shamrock.

The owner of the company, Tracey Duffy, is a hand's on type guy. He has very capable staff but he also shows up onsite periodically, which is nice. His crew is also courteous and extremely professional. We wouldn't use any other HVAC company. We recommend them to others.

Shamrock gave a very competitive bid and provided excellent service. They were able to work with my somewhat difficult schedule and have been responsive when a question came up after the unit was installed. The system works beautifully. There were no hidden costs or surprises, everything was done very professionally. I'm very happy with the service provided and will continue to use Shamrock.

I got an estimate in spring for a new furnace. I ordered it in October. Within a week, it arrived, and they called the day before to arrange installation. They arrived on time and installed it within 5 hours. They took away the old furnace and completely cleaned up everything. We have used this company for at least 15 years for all our heating and air conditioning needs. They are like family.
