Gums were checked for imflamation, teeth were cleaned--without any pain, mouth was checked for any problems, a couple of places were checked that were sensitive to cold. I had already had x-rays at a previous appointment--so those weren't needed this time. Dr. Goodman cam in to do a check before I left. Anna gave me a pack of dental supplies including toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and a couple of other things. Checkout was quick. Dr. Goodman takes my insurance and then bills us for anything that we owe.

my kids and I are very happy with Dr. Goodman and his staff. They are all very good with kids and do well at putting my kids at ease. They provide a friendly and clean environment and also take the time to educate my kids about good dental health. Their punctuality is wonderful. They are usually ready and waiting by the time we get to the office. The communication is fine, but I speak to the hygienist more than the dentist at times because she spends more time with the kids. I am happy with their service and will continue taking my kids there in the future.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Goodman for at least 8 years. During my regular checkup, a molar, with an already large filling, had additional decay and a crown was recommended. I came back the next day and my tooth was ground down and a temporary plastic crown installed. I came back two weeks later for the permanent crown. I had some concerns about the fit of the crown and was seen promptly and the crown was adjusted. For having a crown done, it was a pleasant experience overall.

This man is antisocial, I felt like an object not a person. Pallet blocks are unkind and unnecessary. The office staff made sure to mine me for my annual allotment of dental insurance allowance. They seemed more concerned with their financial needs and not mine.

The waiting room is never busy. Why? Because they don't over-schedule. For this appointment (and all others I have been to), I have always been taken within 3 minutes of arriving. I usually don't even have a chance to sit down. This is the only medical office where I have ever had that privilege. The staff is pleasant. My dental technician is nice and while she recommends that I take better care of my teeth, she is not preachy about it. The dentist is nice. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for him to come in. Overall, it is a pleasant experience for a dental visit! (Note: I listed cost as $0 because I just paid my typical dental co-pay.)
