Andy was at our houyse within 8 hours of when we called him with the original problem, even though it was 8pm on a weekday and he was on several other jobs during the day. (In other cases, he has come over on a weekend.). After diagnosing the problem, he took the desk tp unit away for a couple of days and was back with everything restored and working perfectly. He is honest and resourceful.
