WFP has lots of flooring options at reasonable prices. The sales associates were knowledgeable and made the purchase process very smooth (I.e., we left with everything we needed to get the job done).

Overall, I was pleased with my experience.

We bought wood flooring through wood floors plus.  They are only a seller, they do not provide installation themselves.  They may have installers they can recommend, but we were planning to install the wood ourselves.  We were very happy with the quality and price of wood we bought through them.   The customer service was good.  We did let them upsell us a little bit into a wider and more expensive board than we were originally planning to use, but the saved labor in installation was worth it, so we were happy with their recommendations for the wider boards.    We picked up the wood ourselves so I can not comment on their delivery service.  We did have some material to return, be aware that they have a restocking fee for returned items under certain conditions, but it can be waived if you take it as store credit, which we did.  All in all good customer service.

We wound up getting top quality goods (Appalachian Prestige red oak amaretto, Floor Muffler underlayment, shoe and crown mouldings) for half of what we might have paid at some of the full-service vendors that we consulted. They were very generous with their time, and addressed all of our concerns and questions very thoughtfully.
WFP also put us in touch with Mike at Riverside Floors to handle installation. Riverside is only half-way through the project, but I think we are going to be very pleased with that as well.

The experience at Wood Floors Plus was great from beginning to end. First, we liked that unlike many other flooring stores, the price of the wood was listed so we were not falling in love with something only to find it was out of our price range. Second, we found the staff at Wood Floors Plus to be extremely helpful. The staff talked with us about the pros and cons of the various woods and, after hearing about our young family and dog, ended up steering us away from some of the exotic, but softer, hard wood to some of the harder, hard woods which just happened to be cheaper. Our contractor just finished installing the floors and they look beautiful. Additionally, we actually had so much hard wood still left over that we ended up having our stair done as hardwood as well.

The first time was not very good but the second time went better. The product that I purchased is actually the very last product. The product was fine. The first time I went, there was nobody in the store to assist me, but the second time I went, there was somebody there and they were nice and they assisted. My dealings with the people there I cannot rate very high but I can rate the product very high. The price was good.

We were very pleased with them. Everything went exactly as scheduled. The price was great.

They were okay. I walked in and picked out what I wanted. They didn't really do a whole lot of customer service. One guy did walk over and tell me about the particular wood I was looking at. He seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Other than that, they didn't really do much more. They delivered the wood to my house.

Mr. Lee came to my condo to consult with me and give me estimates for three areas; upstairs, downstairs and the stairway. He said that I would have a couple of options for the downstairs as the flooring would be installed over a cement slab. Everything from the stairway to the upstairs could be 3/4and quot; hardwood, which was my preference. The downstairs could be laminate, engineered hardwood or a pergo product. It would be my decision and the estimates were written so that the materials needed for either choice were provided. I took the estimates to Wood Floors Plus and the sales staff knew just what I needed. They showed me the options for each choice and my decision was easy. I chose the 3/4and quot; natural red oak for the stairway and upstairs and natural red oak engineered hardwood for the downstairs. I purchased the materials. They were delivered about a week prior to the installation to allow the wood to cure. In the meantime Mr. Lee and his assistants removed the carpet and padding. Mr. Lee made a couple of short visits to prep the area for the installation. He and his men installed the floors in a day and a half. Wow!! What great workers they are. They are efficient, pleasant to work with and have a wonderful work ethic. They also pay close attention to detail. Their trim pieces are excellent. Mr. Lee selected the long pieces of wood for the stairway. He did not piece any of the stairway wood creating a beautiful stairway.
The results are beautiful. Everyone who sees the floors loves them as I do. I am very pleased and grateful for both Wood Floors Plus and for Mr. Lee for my beautiful new wood floors. And they are a dream to keep clean. I couldn't be happier.

Everything we ordered came in on time with no issues. Given the smaller selection, the prices were very good. They were also very helpful with the design aspects of our project.

Wood Floors Plus sells flooring materials and supplies. They do not (as far as I know install the materials (though they will provide you with a list of those that do). Their main customers are likely contractors, but they are open to the public and we had no problem buying from them. The sales people were very helpful when needed and otherwise left us alone to look without any pressure. Perfect for the home owner looking for a good deal on flooring. We plan to use them again when we replace some of the floors in our rental home.

They rec'd Hani's Wood Floors and Mr. Lee as an installer. He did great work and his price was fantastic. Can't say enough about Mr. Lee and thanks Wood Floors Plus for giving me his name. I had already bought my floor when I found this store but their products are really nice and great price and ended up buying my trim pieces from them since they were way cheaper than where I bought my Hickory floor and an exact match. I would use this store in the future for flooring needs.

Very good prices, and good customer service. While this is just a huge warehouse right next door to the MVA, the salespeople were very helpful in what can be a somewhat daunting experience. We got a great deal on hardwood flooring, and it looks beautiful. If you're doing it yourself or picking out materials for your contractor. I really recommend taking the time to look over the selection and prices here.

THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, THE COST OF INSTALLATION WAS VERY REASONABLE AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD. THE INSTALLER COMMUNICATED WHAT HE WAS DOING AS HE DID IT.

THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. THE LOCATION IS OUT OF THE WAY AND THE HOURS, M-F 7-3, CATER TO CONTRACTORS, NOT DO IT YOURSELFERS. THE PRODUCT WE BOUGHT WAS AN EXCELLENT PRICE AND SO FAR APPEARS TO BE GOOD QUALITY.
