They are absolutely fantastic. They are absolutely the best termite company I have ever worked with. I would recommend them to everybody. They do my own house. They do all my transactions. They charge $65 for a certification for real estate sales and I think they charge the same for an inspection. They charge a little under a $100 for quarterly service for pest. They use minimal chemicals. They give personal attention and follow-up service. They explain things really well. They limit the use of things. They don't overuse chemicals. A lot of company no matter what they pretty much want to treat and Paul will really work with things and try to limit what gets used in your house and around your house specially if you have kids or pets.

We had an immediate need for a termite inspection, and Paul the owner worked us into his busy schedule, and gave us the turnaround time we needed.

I have been using Weir Pest Services for the past 10 years. They are fantastic, high integrity, cost effective, and effective. They spray both the outside and the inside of the house. They also do my termite treatment when I need it.

We have an annual contract with Weir pest services, and they have been great. Initially we called them because we had a huge ant problem where ants were coming in our house even though we kept the house extremely clean, and had all food sealed away. Since Weir came we have had no ants. More recently we noticed the sound of a mouse in the wall, and called them to come out. The cost for exterminating the mice was covered under our annual service contract, and again we have not seen or heard any mice since.

They were very sensitive to the fact that I have dogs and I didn't want them to use a ton of poison. He put commercial bait traps down and poison lock boxes so the mice couldn't run around and be eaten by the dogs after they were poisoned. Out in the yard they only used a spray solution in the backyard so that my dogs wouldn't eat the pellets. They listened to all of my concerns and requests. He found several holes where the mice were coming into the house so he sealed off the holes.
