+ -1 moreA friend of mine went through this agency to find a home to rent and the agency has been a huge problem for her. At one point they had a pipe burst in the basement and while the agency was responsive, they tried to get my friend to pay them for the plumber and carpet cleaning bill. Additionally the house isn't even up to code currently and the agency has done nothing to get the owners to pay for necessary upgrades. While my friend appreciates that otherwise the agency leaves her alone, going through this agency to find a house in the first place was a huge hassle.
