Furniture - Sales
We purchased a lamp at Value City. They disassembeled the lamp into two
pieces to move it -- broke the electrical connector between the two
pieces. Did not discover the break until at home. They refused to
repair the broken connector... said i had exceeded the 30 day period. Manger Tonya Watts was adament.

AS SOON AS I ENTERED VALUE CITY SOMEONE WAS THERE TO GREET ME AND SHOW ME WHERE EVERYTHING WAS LOCATED. THEY EVEN EXPLAINED ALL THE WARRANTIES AND LAYAWAYS IN THE STORE. THEY WHERE VERY HELPFUL.
