From start to finish, working with Greg was phenomenal. He was able to come out with just a few days of scheduling an appointment, accessed our water leak issue on our washing machine, ordered the parts and within a week, had our machine back up & running again. He quoted me a very reasonable price and still came out a few bucks under. I highly recommend Ultimate Appliance Repair -- and will actually be giving them another call shortly, as our Dryer just stopped working properly.

These guys are the best, especially Greg. On time, thoroughly explain everything, professional repairs and very friendly.

Great - we had a horrible experience dealing with our home warranty company so when I had the chance to choose my own service provider I jumped at it and i am so glad that a friend recommended Ultimate Appliance.  They were so helpful and did a great job - they really know what they are talking about, all of the ins and outs of appliances. 
We own 3 homes - two rentals- and I have dealt with my fair share of repairmen (and appliance repairs) and I know that when you find a good appliance repair company to hold on tight to that number because so many companies hire technicians that really don't know what they are doing and deem something as "not able  to repair" when it really can be fixed.  It's great to have someone you trust!

I called Dan and a few other companies, and was planning on using the person that responded quickest to my call, and that was able to fix the problem for a reasonable price. Dan responded first, explained his pricing, came out the next day to diagnose the problem and ordered the part.  The part came in within 24 hours and he was out to fix it.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and much more responsive than the other calls I place to bigger companies.  He takes pride in his work, and is willing to go above and beyond.  There is no middle man, or secretary or automated service center- I highly recommend him and will call him again.

Dan's repaired not only my dishwasher but also my washing machine (twice, the second time because a guitar pick got stuck inside the machine!), and I can't say enough good things about him.
He's the only one who works at the company, so when you call, you actually get to talk to him and not a receptionist, which is excellent, because sometimes he can tell you how to fix it yourself, or if it's something that might resolve itself.
He's super experienced and knowledgeable, he's prompt, it's easy to communicate with him via text or call, and he's personable and friendly.
As long as he's in business, I will never, ever call anyone else to repair my appliances!

He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in detail.  I asked him to proceed ordering the part  and when the part came he was very good accommodating my work schedule to complete the job. He only charged when it was completed. If I need in the future I will call him again.

NOTHING beats the quality and efficiency of Dan's work!  I am still shocked that three of my large appliances are now in perfect working order.  I was faced with the possibility of replacing the ancient washer and dryer that came with the purchase of my home (20 years ago), or having it repaired. I also had a broken water/ice dispenser in my refrigerator.  Dan was nothing short of professional and punctual!  I could not be more pleased and will never call anyone else for appliance repair.  Please heed my strong advise and look no further!

I used a company for appliance repairs. He was excellent. Just the owner of the company came, Dan. He was excellent. He gave me a date. He came on time. He was very honest about his diagnosis. He had to come back because he had to order a part. He came back. He was punctual. I just liked everything about him. I would give him A plus. He is excellent. The work that he did turned out fine.

Ultimate Appliance is AWESOME!  Mr. Saduka found time to squeeze in a service call even though he was incredibly busy.  He investigated the tenants complaints about their dishwasher and took the time to explain to them how to be able to optimize the dishwasher's ability to clean and dry to this units best ability.  He didn't suggest we needed to replace the dishwasher or buy into some bogus part that we didn't need.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY and taking time to educate everyone. Mr. Saduka's business practice is very refreshing and we'll be sure to call Ultimate Appliance next time!

Called the professional late in the evening and the call was returned the next morning.  After describing the issue Dan diagnosed it as an issue with the pump and thought it could be repaired.  He said that he had an appointment in that area that day and could pop in to take a look so as to order parts if necessary.  Upon arrival at my house and inspecting the refrigerator he stated that it contained an outdated cooling system and would not be cost effective to repair.  As the unit was 15 years old, I did not doubt his expertise and knew it was time to replace.  Unexpectedly, Dan did not charge me the service call fee originally quoted due to being in the area.  This type of service is rare these days and what all service companies should strive to provide.

I can't say enough good things about Dan's professionalism and expertise.  He phoned me back promptly.  It took practically no time for him to diagnose the problem, order the required part (on his phone, while still in my basement!), and return two days later to repair it.  This is my third experience with this company-- Dan has previously successfully repaired my refrigerator and dishwasher.  I can't imagine calling anyone else!

The cost was very reasonable. He was very efficient and came almost immediately. He repaired it within one day.
