Rentals - Trucks, Moving
The truck broke down. It took eight house for a tow truck to get to me. I had to stay in a hotel that night so it delayed my trip considerably. I got no discount from them or any real apology. There was no additional accommodation for the delay in my trip. The price was great, I went with them because they were the best price but obviously the quality wasn't that great. They weren't unprofessional but I don't think they handled the situation well.
