Mr. James and his staff were top-notch professionals. They started power wash work immediately, came on time the next day to prepare the home for painting and do the caulking and painting. They were meticulous in their work. In the course of which they found problems with the roof. Mr. James explained the issues clearly and what it would take to repair them. He even invited us to climb to the roof and see the issues for ourselves. He takes no money up front. Instead, you pay him when the work is complete and you are satisfied. He and his staff did exactly what they were contracted to do, when they were contracted to do it, and at the price they quoted. They were courteous and pleasant throughout, answering all questions, keeping us apprised of progress, and double-checking that we were on the same page about what color was going where. I would contract again for his services at any time. A complete professional and a nice man.
